1. General

These Terms apply to all Famousoft software.
Some products integrate AI services provided by third parties. Famousoft assumes no liability for changes, limitations, or discontinuations imposed by these third-party providers.
Famousoft reserves the right to update these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Users must operate the Software lawfully and must not:
- Distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content;
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights;
- Engage in fraud, gambling, money laundering, or criminal activity;
- Disrupt networks, services, or attempt unauthorized access.
Strictly Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting, or attempting to derive the source code of the Software. Any unauthorized tampering or distribution of pirated copies will result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Indemnification: You agree to completely indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Famousoft and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising out of your use of the Software or your breach of these Terms.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes. Users assume all risks and responsibilities for relying on or publishing such content.
Famousoft explicitly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding AI outputs. You agree to hold Famousoft harmless from any claims (including copyright infringement) arising from your use of AI-generated content.

Authorized Merchant of Record: Our payment processing and order fulfillment are securely handled by our authorized Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle). By making a purchase, you also agree to the respective payment processor's checkout terms and conditions.
Digital Goods Waiver: By purchasing a lifetime license or digital product, you acknowledge that once the product is delivered or accessed, you waive your right to a general refund, except at Famousoft's sole discretion.
Subscriptions & Price Changes: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Famousoft reserves the right to change prices for products or subscriptions at any time.
Virtual Currency & Purchase Limits: We may offer virtual tokens/credits for use within our Services. These tokens hold no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. For security and anti-fraud purposes, we impose strict automated limits on the maximum wallet balance you can hold, the daily frequency of recharges, and the number of pending transactions. Any attempt to bypass these limits may result in transaction failure or account restriction.
Subscription Exclusivity: Certain subscription tiers or lifetime licenses belong to mutually exclusive product groups (e.g., you cannot hold a Pro and a Max subscription simultaneously). The system will automatically prevent purchases that conflict with your active entitlements. To change tiers, you must use the designated upgrade pathways.

The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, or for data loss.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Famousoft's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims exceed the total amount you paid to Famousoft for the specific Software giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring any claims against Famousoft solely on an individual basis and explicitly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
No Waiver & Severability: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent People’s Court in Zhanggong District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China. All decisions made by Famousoft regarding account status or service provision are final.

Nature of Service: Some of our offerings provide interactive, algorithm‑driven cultural, philosophical, or entertainment experiences (e.g., symbolic interpretations, personality reflections, or simulated consultations). These are provided solely for personal enjoyment, self‑reflection, and psychological exploration.
No Predictive or Professional Claims: We explicitly state that our services do not predict future events, diagnose medical conditions, provide financial, legal, or psychological advice, or replace professional counseling. Any output generated is for amusement and contemplation only.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use these services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
User Responsibility: Any decisions or actions you take based on the content provided are your sole responsibility. You agree not to rely on these services for serious life decisions.
Data Processing: Personal information you submit (such as name, birth details, or preferences) is processed in real time solely to generate your personalized output. We do not permanently store, sell, or share this data. Your data is automatically discarded after your session ends, unless otherwise stated in a specific product’s privacy notice.
