Refund Policy

For software purchased through the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store, the refund process is handled entirely by the respective platform. Such purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Microsoft, and we cannot process or override these platform refunds directly.

For lifetime licenses and one-time digital purchases made directly through our website, sales are considered final and strictly non-refundable once the product is delivered, accessed, or a license key is generated.

Exception: A refund may be issued at Famousoft's sole and absolute discretion ONLY IF the software possesses a critical technical defect that completely prevents its operation on a supported system, you notify our support team within seven (7) days of purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue for you. Change of mind or failure to read product requirements does not qualify for a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current active billing cycle.

Under no circumstances do we provide prorated refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods. Once a billing cycle begins and payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable.

Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is considered a material breach of our Terms of Service. Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all your Famousoft software licenses, subscriptions, and accounts without further notice. All decisions regarding refunds, chargebacks, and account status are at the sole and absolute discretion of Famousoft and are final.
